Final Construction Plans definition

Final Construction Plans means documents that show the complete Facility design including mechanical, electrical, water, sewer, site plans, storm water conveyance and structural systems, complete bid documents and specifications.

More Definitions of Final Construction Plans

Final Construction Plans means those drawings and other documents that fix and describe the size and character of the project as to the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, materials and interior and exterior finishes.
Final Construction Plans means all construction documentation upon which the Developer and its contractors shall rely in developing the Development. Emergency means a condition where there is clear and immediate danger to life or health, or essential services, or a potentially significant loss of property. When the emergency condition ends, pipeline construction will be in accordance with these rules.

  • Commencement of Construction means the commencement of construction of foundation components or elements (such as footings, rafts or piles) for the home.
