Final Completion Certificates means, collectively, the Final Completion Certificates in the forms of Exhibits W-13, W-14, W-15, and W-16, to the Disbursement Agreement to be delivered by the Company, the Construction Consultant, the Project Architect and the Prime Contractor, respectively. "Final Completion Date" means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
