Final Calendar Quarter definition

Final Calendar Quarter means the period from the last day of the most recent Calendar Quarter through the applicable date of termination of this Agreement.

  • Calendar Quarter means the respective periods of three (3) consecutive calendar months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31.

  • Calendar Year means each successive period of twelve (12) months commencing on January 1 and ending on December 31.

  • Distribution Calendar Year means a calendar year for which a minimum distribution is required. The first Distribution Calendar Year is the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year that contains the Participant’s Required Beginning Date and the last Distribution Calendar Year is the calendar year that contains the Participant’s date of death. The required minimum distribution for other Distribution Calendar Years, including the required minimum distribution for the Distribution Calendar Year in which the Participant’s Required Beginning Date occurs, shall be made on or before December 31 of that Distribution Calendar Year.

  • Crop year means any 12 month period which represents the planting, growing, harvesting and marketing of an insurable crop, as stated in the Schedules;

  • Calendar Month means any of the twelve (12) months of the Calendar Year.

  • Quarterly Period means each period of three (3) consecutive months ending on March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.

  • Calendar Week means any period of 7 days starting with the same day as the first day of the First Assignment;

  • Quarterly Valuation Date means the last Business Day of the last month of each fiscal quarter of the Trust in each fiscal year of the Trust, commencing November 29, 2002.

  • Fiscal Quarter means a fiscal quarter of any Fiscal Year.

  • Mid-Month Receipt Period With respect to each Distribution Date, the one month period beginning on the Determination Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Cut-Off-Date) occurring in the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and ending on the day preceding the Determination Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date.
