Final Adjudication Date definition
Final Adjudication Date has the meaning set forth in Section 13.19(b).
Examples of Final Adjudication Date in a sentence
Any and all returns by a Partner of challenged Redemption Consideration in accordance with the binding offer referred to in the last sentence of Section 13.19(a) shall be made within 20 days of the Final Adjudication Date.
In the event the parties hereto dispute whether or not Intersections has ceased the Business or the occurrence of the Cessation Date, the parties shall submit such dispute to arbitration in accordance with Section 20 hereof and this Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall not terminate but shall continue until such date as is finally adjudicated in the proceedings (the "Final Adjudication Date").
