Filmmaking definition

Filmmaking or “Filming” means motion-picture photography activity using film, digital video or other media storage technologies, not including news media or personal use.
Filmmaking means all forms, steps or techniques involved in the processing and production of items or commodities designed to transmit visual communication through the motion picture media, including celluloid tapes, cassettes or any other vehicle for such transmittal.
Filmmaking means creative activities including the development of a film project, screenwriting, shooting, editing, sound, and picture editing until the stage of film distribution;
