Film Production definition

Film Production means a Production that is intended to be exploited theatrically and specifically excludes a Television Production.
Film Production means one or more Filming Events which are intended to form or be part of a feature film, television film, television program or series, documentary, paid advertisement, including a commercial, music video, educational film, including the pre- production activities associated therewith;
Film Production means the full range of activities supportive of the development of motion-picture media content for general public or limited audiences, not including news media or personal use.

  • A Low Budget commercial is defined as a commercial whose total costs as set forth on the AICP Film Production Cost Summary do not exceed $75,000 for a one-day shoot, or $150,000 for a two-day shoot or $225,000 for a three-day shoot.

More Definitions of Film Production

Film Production means to produce for sale or commercial exploitation any film, and includes the organization and preparation for such production, directing and operating of cameras, and “produce a film” shall have a corresponding meaning;
