Fifty-two consecutive weeks definition

Fifty-two consecutive weeks means 52 consecutive weeks or calendar weeks and shall be computed retroactively with respect to each day for which benefits are currently being claimed.

  • Weeks Pay' means the ordinary time rate of pay for the employee concerned:

  • Twelve-Month Period means a period of twelve consecutive months determined on a rolling basis where a new twelve month period begins on the first day of each calendar month.

  • Month means calendar month.

  • 12-Month Period means a rolling 12-month period measured backward from the date leave is taken and continuous with each additional leave day taken.

  • Week means seven consecutive days.
