  • You agree not to propose to the Field User or Field Owner any additional terms or amendments to the Booking Agreement after a booking has been made without our consent.

  • You also appoint us to collect all of your booking charges from the Field User and transfer to you minus any fees or charges as specified to you at the time of your booking confirmation.

  • In the event that Cynosure or such Cynosure Affiliate, as applicable, and such Consumer Field User shall fail to reach agreement at such meeting, either of them may bring a lawsuit in any court of competent jurisdiction to resolve such dispute.

  • We act as the Field Owner's agent for the purposes of forming binding agreements between the Field User and the Field Owner but have no liability to you in relation to the Field or the Booking other than as set out in this agreement.

  • You agree to not attempt to contact a Field Owner or Field User directly until a Booking has been confirmed or until given direction to do so by Boundr.

Related to Field User

  • Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.

  • Named Users means any combination of users licensed under this Agreement.

  • Named User means a named individual authorized to use the Software (or any portion thereof) regardless of whether the individual is actively using the Software at any given time; a non-human operated device will be counted as one or multiple Named User(s) (depending on the nature of operation) in addition to all individuals authorized to use the Software; and “Permitted Users“ means Named Users, concurrent Users or other types of Users being authorized to use the Software, as set forth in the applicable Notification Form.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.
