FI Security Documents definition

FI Security Documents means the FI Trust Agreement, the Surat Kuasa, the Fiduciary Transfer, the Fiduciary Assignment, the Fiduciary Power and all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and their Indonesian equivalents required to be filed hereunder or under the FI Security Documents.
FI Security Documents means the FI Trust Agreement, the FI Trust Agreement Financing Annexes, the Operator Replacement Agreement, the Surat Kuasa, the Fourth Amended and Restated Fiduciary Transfer, the Fiduciary Assignment of Accounts, the Lender Security Agreement, the Lender Security Agreement Amendments, the Fourth Amended and Restated Lender Surat Kuasa, the Fourth Amended and Restated Lender Fiduciary Assignment, the Fiduciary Transfer of Joint Account Assets, the FI Intercreditor Agreement, the FI Intercreditor Agreement Creditor Annex, the Side Letter, the Side Letter Creditor Annex and each other agreement, instrument or document pertaining to assets of PTFI executed and delivered pursuant to Section 5.12 or 5.13 to secure any of the Obligations.
FI Security Documents means the FI Trust Agreement, the FI Trust Agreement Financing Annexes, the Operator Replacement Agreement, the Second Amended and Restated Surat Kuasa, the Second Amended and Restated Fiduciary Transfer, the Second Amended and Restated Fiduciary Assignment, the Lender Security Agreement, the Lender Security Agreement Amendments, the Second Amended and Restated Lender Surat Kuasa, the Second Amended and Restated Lender Fiduciary Assignment, the Second Amended and Restated JAA Fiduciary Transfer, the FI Intercreditor Agreement, the FI Intercreditor Agreement Creditor Annex, the Side Letter, the Side Letter Creditor Annex, all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and all Indonesian financing statements or security filings required to be filed hereunder or under the FI Security Documents and each other agreement, instrument or document pertaining to assets of PTFI executed and delivered pursuant to Section 5.12 or 5.13 to secure any of the Obligations.

  • The Final FI Security Documents shall include the Final Surat Kuasa (power of attorney) enabling the FI Trustee, inter alia, to appoint an operator (which, except in circumstances to be agreed upon, would be PT-RTZ or an affiliate thereof) to replace FI as operator in certain circumstances.

FI Security Documents means the FI Trust Agreement, the Operator Replacement Agreement, the Surat Kuasa, the Fiduciary Assignment, the JAA Fiduciary Transfer, the JAA Fiduciary Power, the Bank Security Agreement, the Fiduciary Transfer, the Bank Fiduciary Assignment, the Fiduciary Power, the Bank Surat Kuasa and all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and their Indonesian equivalents required to be filed hereunder or under the FI Security Documents. (iv) "FI Trustee" means First Trust of New York, National Association, or any successor trustee, as trustee for FI, PT-RTZ and the Secured Creditors (including the Banks) pursuant to the FI Trust Agreement and, in such capacity, also as party to the Operator Replacement Agreement, the Surat Kuasa and the Fiduciary Assignment.

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • Second Lien Security Documents means the “Security Documents”, as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, and any other agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted to secure any Second Lien Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to any such Lien are governed.

  • Foreign Security Documents means each security document set forth on Schedule 1.01E.

  • Transaction Security Documents means each of the documents listed as being a Transaction Security Document in paragraph 2(e) of Part I of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement and any document required to be delivered to the Administrative Agent under paragraph 3(d) of Part II of Schedule 2 (Conditions Precedent) of the 2009 Financing Agreement together with any other document entered into by any Obligor creating or expressed to create any Security over all or any part of its assets in respect of the obligations of any of the Obligors under any of the Finance Documents (and any other Debt Documents).

  • Canadian Security Documents means the Canadian Security Agreement, any share pledge agreement governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations, and each other agreement, document or instrument executed by any Loan Party governed by Canadian law which provides for a Lien in favor of the Agent as security for any of the Obligations.

  • Term Loan Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Senior Security Documents means with respect to any Senior Secured Party, the Security Documents that secure the Senior Obligations.

  • First Priority Documents means the First Priority Agreement, each First Priority Security Document and each First Priority Guarantee.

  • Additional Security Documents shall have the meaning provided in Section 9.12(a).
