F&G Life definition

F&G Life means Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company. “Fundamental Representations” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.
F&G Life means Fidelity and Guaranty Life Insurance Company, a Maryland stock insurer. (vii) "F&G Life's Business" means the businesses and activities of F&G Life and the F&G Subsidiaries as presently conducted, and the interests, properties, assets and liabilities of F&G Life and the F&G Subsidiaries, taken as a whole.

  • Remaining Life means, with respect to any Notes to be redeemed, the remaining term of such Notes, calculated as if the maturity date of such Notes were the Par Call Date.

  • DEPP means the Authority’s Decision Procedure and Penalties Manual;

  • Designated Retirement Account means any retirement plan or account described or qualified under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or a subaccount thereof.
