FET definition

FET means FirstEnergy Transmission, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

  • The Company shall be responsible for the payment of any placement agent’s fees, financial advisory fees, Controlled Account Bank (as defined in the Notes) fees, fees and expenses of the Collateral Agent, transfer agent fees, DTC (as defined below), all fees and expenses related to the purchase, sale and transfer of FET, fees or broker’s commissions (other than for Persons engaged by any Buyer) relating to or arising out of the transactions contemplated hereby.
