To evaluate the potential for future flood risk, the team studied the projected extent of future flooding in the region utilizing the Cambridge Flood Viewer Tool (2019).
Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Parent Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(a).
Company Representatives shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(a).
Buyer Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 4(e).
Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.
Seller Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(a).
Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;
Engineer’s Representative means the official in the civil/ electrical engineering department who is authorized to be in-charge of the work to which these presents relate. It shall include any other official nominated to attend to the supervision of day to day execution of the work to which this CONTRACT relates.
Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.
Supplier’s Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time with overall responsibility for this Contract and notified to the Customer;
public representative means an individual who is not a member, former member, student or former student of any accounting body;
Buyer’s Representatives has the meaning set forth in Section 6.02.
Customer Representative means the representative appointed by the Customer from time to time in relation to the Contract;
Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.
Designated Contract Representative(s) means those individual(s) designated by the Contractor on the Pre-Work form during the Pre-Work Conference.
Contractor Representative means any of the following:
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

Owner Representative means that Person or Persons designated by Owner in a written notice to Contractor who shall have complete authority to act on behalf of Owner on all matters pertaining to the Work, including giving instructions and making changes in the Work. The Owner Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 4.9.
Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
Owner’s Representative has the meaning given in Section 2.2.
Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.
