FEIS Obligation definition

FEIS Obligation means any Obligation that is set forth in the FEIS, the FEIS Memo, or the Technical Memoranda that is (a) specifically required by the provisions of the FEIS to be incorporated into this Declaration, (b) a Mitigation Measure identified in the FEIS or (c) a PCRE.
FEIS Obligation means any Obligation that is set forth as a Mitigation Measure or Project Component Related to the Environment set forth in Article III of this Declaration.

  • Within twenty (20) days of delivery of any CO Notice, City Planning shall have the right to inspect the Subject Property or Esplanade, as the case may be and review construction plans and drawings, as necessary to confirm that the FEIS Obligation required by this Declaration has been completed in accordance with the plans initially submitted as required herein.

  • If there is any inconsistency between a FEIS Obligation as set forth in the FEIS or Technical Memorandaand as incorporated in this Declaration, the more environmentally protective provision shall be applicable.

  • If Declarant implements any Alternative Environmental Measures Obligation or an Elimination or Modification of FEIS Obligation, a notice indicating of such change may be recorded against the Subject Property in the Register’s Office, in lieu of modification to this Declaration.

  • Obligations means any principal, interest, penalties, fees, indemnifications, reimbursements, damages and other liabilities payable under the documentation governing any Indebtedness.
