Fees Fees means the fees payable by you to us in consideration for the Services. The Fees are as set out in the Proposal and include the: • monthly Retainer Fee for the Digital Marketing Services; • all pre-approved Expenses (for example for Advertisements); and • if applicable, the Sales Commission on Converted Leads. You must pay us the Fees in accordance with the Payment Terms. Payment Terms In accordance with your pre-authorisation (see clause 8.2), we will invoice you and direct debit from your chosen payment method: • the Retainer Fee monthly in advance or within a reasonable period of time thereafter; • the pre-approved Expenses within a reasonable period of time after your approval; and • if applicable, the Sales Commission weekly or within a reasonable period of time thereafter.
