Fees Deficit Amount definition
Fees Deficit Amount means, at any time, the amount by which the amount standing to the credit of the General Account at such time may be less than it would otherwise be due to any prior payment by the Issuer from such General Account of any fees and expenses attributable to or relating to the Notes, such fees and expenses having been payable pursuant to the Trust Deed, the Custodial Services Agreement, the Agency Agreement and the Account Agreement to any of the Trustee, the Custodian, the Principal Paying Agent or the Paying Agents.
