FEEP definition

FEEP. (Front End Engineering Package) means a package of process design and know-how information contained in the document listed under Schedule 1.2.12, which is reasonably required to enable Genomatica and/or CONTRACTOR and/or GENERAL CONTRACTOR to prepare Basic Engineering Design and Detailed Engineering Design and to procure materials and equipment and construction services in relation to the construction of the “inside battery limits” area of the PROESATM Plant.
