  • Any purchase of Feedstocks by Bunge, however, shall be governed exclusively by the terms of the Feedstock Agreement and such purchases shall not be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Restricted Stock Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the recipient of a Restricted Share that contains the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to such Restricted Share.
