Feeder Vehicle definition

Feeder Vehicle shall have the meaning set forth in the Partnership Agreement.
Feeder Vehicle. An investment vehicle formed by the General Partner or any of its Affiliates to facilitate the participation of a Private Investor in a Private Vehicle.
Feeder Vehicle means any Limited Partner formed to serve as a collective investment vehicle for real estate-related investments in the United Kingdom which invests all or a portion of its investable resources in the Partnership.

  • Any Offering Materials used to market a direct or indirect interest in a Private Vehicle, a Feeder Vehicle or the Partnership shall include in a prominent place a legend in substantially the same form as the legend on Schedule D.

  • The provisions of Section 2.12 shall apply to each Feeder Vehicle, with respect to each of its Feeder Partners, as if such Feeder Partner held an interest directly in the Fund rather than through such Feeder Vehicle.

More Definitions of Feeder Vehicle

Feeder Vehicle means any Shareholder that is an investment vehicle formed by the AIFM or its Affiliates for the purpose of investing all of its assets (other than cash pending subscription, redemption and payment of expenses) in a Sub-Fund (or in any Alternative Investment Vehicle).
Feeder Vehicle means the Feeder Fund and other US and non-US feeder vehicles established by Adams Street through which investors will indirectly invest in the Master Fund;
Feeder Vehicle means any Person organized by the Eagle 4 or one of its Affiliates for the purposes of investing in the Company as a member and designated a “Feeder Vehicle” by the Eagle 4 in its sole discretion.

  • Off-Road Vehicle means any vehicle while it is being operated on a road not maintained by a federal, provincial, state, or local agency, not including entrance or departure ways to private property, or any vehicle which cannot be licensed to drive on a public road and is designed and manufactured primarily for off-road usage.

  • Flex fuel vehicle means a vehicle with one fuel storage system that can run on different mixtures of two or more fuels.
