Fee Interests means any land and any buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures owned beneficially in fee simple by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, and any equipment located thereon or used in connection therewith and/or all personalty (including, without limitation, franchises) related thereto, in each case owned by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries, and all other real estate interests, owned beneficially by Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

"Hydrocarbon Inventory" means all processed condensate and natural gas liquids inventories in storage credited to the Assets as of the Effective Date. "Hydrocarbons" means natural gas, casinghead gas, condensate, sulphur, natural gas liquids, plant products and other liquid or gaseous hydrocarbons (of whatever nature and kind, including coalbed gas), all other gases (including CO2), and all other minerals and gases of every kind and character which may be covered by or included in the Assets.

Fee Interests means all fee property interests associated with or related to the Facilities.
