Maintenance services will be provided during the Fee Agreement Term as long as Licensee pays the corresponding fee set forth in Article V of this Fee Agreement (referred to as the “Maintenance Fee”).
Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
Fee Agreement means this Fee in Lieu of Tax Agreement.
Agreement Period means the time period specified in Article IV, Paragraph A, herein.
Reimbursement Agreement as defined in Section 2.8(b).
(1) AGREEMENT.—The term Agreement’ means the United States-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement ap- proved by Congress under section 101(a)(1).
Consulting Agreement means any written or oral agreement to retain the services, for a fee, of a consultant for the purposes of (A) providing counsel to a contractor, vendor, consultant or other entity seeking to conduct, or conducting, business with the State, (B) contracting, whether in writing or orally, any executive, judicial, or administrative office of the State, including any department, institution, bureau, board, commission, authority, official or employee for the purpose of solicitation, dispute resolution, introduction or requests for information or (C) any other similar activity related to such contracts.
Sponsor Management Agreement means the management agreement between certain of the management companies associated with the Investors and the Issuer.
Cooperation Agreement means that certain Mortgage Loan Cooperation Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, among Borrower, Lender and Sponsor, as the same may from time to time be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance herewith.
Consulting Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Transition Agreement means the Transition Power Sales Agreement dated as of November 24, 1998, by and between Seller, Southern Energy, Southern Energy Bowline, L.L.C. and Southern Energy Xxxxxx, L.L.C.
Client Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Client, which together with the Terms of Business are defined as “Operative Agreements” and govern the terms on which the Company deals with the Client.
Employment Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.
Collaboration Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.
Payment Term means the length of time for payment of a Deferred Annual Award under Section 4.2.
Consulting Period has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 14(f) hereof.
Services Term means the period during which you are entitled by Red Hat to use, receive access or consume a particular Red Hat Product pursuant to an Order Form or Business Partner order.
Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.
Investment Term : means the period from the Investment Start Date to maturity.
Co-operation Agreement means the agreement between the Exchange and Oslo Børs with regards to the access to the Linked Order Book;
Advisory Agreement means the agreement between the General Partner, the Advisor and the other parties named therein pursuant to which the Advisor will direct or perform the day-to-day business affairs of the General Partner.
Collaborative agreement means a voluntary, written, or electronic arrangement between one
Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you.
