Fee Account definition

Fee Account means the checking or similar account for which you are an authorized signer, and from which the Financial Institution may automatically debit or otherwise collect all Service fees.
Fee Account means, for purposes of the Bill Payment Service, the checking or similar Account designated by you and from which we may automatically debit or otherwise collect all Bill Payment Service fees.

  • If the amount on deposit in the Servicer Transition Fee Account is insufficient to cover all of the fees and expenses associated with the transition of the servicing functions or such monthly fees and expenses, no Person will be obligated to deposit any additional funds into the Servicer Transition Fee Account.
