Federated definition

Federated means Federated Investors, Inc. and any of its subsidiaries as the context may require.

Federated means Federated Investors, Inc. or any corporate parent, affiliate, or direct or indirect subsidiary thereof, or any successor to Federated, for which Participant performs services, regardless of whether this Agreement has been expressly assigned to such corporate parent, affiliate, or direct or indirect subsidiary, or successor.

Federated. BIM: A BIM model which links (does not merge) several single-discipline models together. Federated Models do not merge the properties of individual models into a single database.
