Federal Aviation Regulations definition

Federal Aviation Regulations means the regulations promulgated by the FAA pursuant to Title 49, Subtitle VII of the United States Code.
Federal Aviation Regulations. (FAR) means the applicable portions of the Federal Aviation Act and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Federal Aviation Regulations means the Federal Aviation Regulations set forth in Title 14 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations, as amended.
