FECU definition

FECU means Ficha Estadística Codificada Uniforme [Statistical Uniform Encoded Record] on which the financial statements are reported in accordance with S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ [the Chilean Superintendence of Securities and Insurance], and prepared in accordance with the generally accepted accounting principles of Chile. “Financial Expense” means total expenses pursuant to tine five . thirty-one . twelve. sixty of FECU. “Greater S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇” means the territory comprising the following thirty-four districts of the Metropolitan Region of Chile: Cerrillos, Cerro Navia, Conchali, El Bosque, Estación Central, Huechuraba, Independencia, La Cisterna, La Florida, La Granja, La Pintana, La Reina, Las Condes, Lo Barnechea, Lo E▇▇▇▇▇, Lo P▇▇▇▇, Macul, Maipú, Ñuñoa, P▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Peñalolén, Providencia, Pudahuel, Quilicura, Quinta normal, Recoleta, Renca, San J▇▇▇▇▇▇, San M▇▇▇▇▇, San Ramón, Santiago, Vitacura, San B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and P▇▇▇▇▇ Alto. “Extension Sheets” has the meaning assigned in the Sixth Clause of this Agreement. “Management Fees” means the remuneration payable by DEBTOR and its affiliates to the Related Companies for the services provided by the latter. “Applicable Margin” has the meaning assigned in Sixth Clause of this Agreement. “Promissory Note(s)” means the promissory notes documenting the Outstanding Loans, copies of which are attached as Annex A hereof, and the New Loans, pursuant to the Second Clause (D) hereof. “Net Worth” means, with respect to any Person, line five . twenty-four . zero zero . zero zero of FECU, stated in pesos. “Person” means, whenever such term is used to define DEBTOR’s obligations under this instrument, any natural or legal person, and any association, joint venture, firm, or company. “Pesos” means the legal currency in force in Chile. “Local Rating” means the DEBTOR’s solvency rating, given by at least one of the local risk rating agencies working in Chile and related to S&P, M▇▇▇▇’▇ or Fitch. Where no such agencies exist, those registered with Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros, satisfactory to the Banks, will be
FECU means the consolidated Uniform Coded Statistical File to be filed by the Consolidated Borrower with the Securities and Insurance Commission, or such other information or document hereinafter replacing the same.
FECU means the uniform coded statistical file whereby a company registered in the Securities Registry advises the market and the SVS on the information contained therein according to the rules issued by the SVS to that effect.

  • It must maintain a total consolidated equity, account 5.24.00.00 in the FECU, for at least the equivalent to 13,000,000 Unidades de Fomento.

  • To calculate this ratio, Financial Debt shall be understood as the addition of lots 21,010; 21,015; 21,020; 21,025; 21,030; 21,060; 21,075; 22,010; 22,020; 22,030; 22,040 & 22,045 of debtor's consolidated FECU, plus the credit resulting from the price balance arising from this Purchase Contract, unless such credit were included in previous lots.

  • If the Borrower becomes delinquent in paying money obligations, whether direct or indirect, owed to third parties for a total accumulated amount greater than the equivalent to 5% of the Issuer's total assets (account 5.10.00.00 of the FECU), according to its most recent consolidated statements, and does not remedy this within 30 days after occurrence.

  • Such payments shall likewise reduce the availability of the "A" Line of Credit for the issuance of further Letters of Credit in the amount of the same until and to the extent that such payments shall be repaid.

  • Report in the Borrower's FECU and in its annual report, the mandatory prepayment provision set forth in Section 2.08(b) thereof.

  • It must maintain a debt ratio below 1.2, defined as the ratio between current interest-bearing liabilities and equity, measured and calculated quarterly using the consolidated financial statements presented in the form and period stipulated for the FECU.


More Definitions of FECU

FECU means, for any fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the "Ficha Estadística Codificada Uniforme" (or any other report, document or information reporting that shall replace the FECU) filed for such quarter by the Borrower on a Consolidated or unconsolidated basis with the SVS.
FECU has the meaning provided in Section 7.1(a).
