  • On FDPP the BBC shall pay a further sum equal to 100% of the script fee as an advance against fees due in respect of any subsequent uses.

  • BBC Two 1.1 The Format Fee, which is payable on FDPP, will acquire one Transmission on BBC One or BBC Two.
