FDP definition

FDP means the comprehensive plan formulated by the Contractor in relation to the development of a Discovery(ies) in accordance with Article10.8.
FDP means it is subject to Final Development Plan (Planning Director’s Decision or Type II Process) Final Development Plans are discretionary and require a Planning Director’s Decision. The process for Final Development Plans including criteria is listed in Sections 4.5.170. As a conditional permitted use Final Development Plans are valid for the period set forth in Section 4.5.180.
FDP means the funded decommissioning programme in respect of the Site approved or to be approved by the Secretary of State under the EA 2008 and comprising as at the Agreement Date:

Examples of FDP in a sentence

  • Qwest will extend the fiber cable from the C-POI to a Fiber Distribution Panel (FDP).

  • Additional fiber, conduit and associated riser structure will then be provided by Qwest from the FDP to continue the run to CLEC’s leased Collocation space (Caged or Cageless Physical Collocation) or CLEC’s equipment (Virtual Collocation).

  • The preceding provisions do not apply to Express Fiber Entrance Facility which provides that CLEC fiber will be pulled to CLEC Collocation equipment without splices or termination on an FDP.
