All necessary consents, approvals or permissions from Governmental Authorities shall have been obtained unconditionally or subject to Acceptable Conditions, including but not limited to the Buyer’s FCA Approvals, the Buyer’s Latvian Approval and the Company’s Latvian Approval.
The Local Manager maintains procedures in accordance with FCA Rules for the effective consideration and handling of client complaints.

Nothing in this Agreement will exclude or restrict any liability which the Local Manager has under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or the FCA Rules in relation to the Investment Adviser and which may not be excluded or restricted thereunder.
