FBI Investigation definition

FBI Investigation means any investigations, inquiries or requests by the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation in connection with the Company's accounting, business or other practices, the Bankruptcy Case or the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or the other Transaction Documents.
