Should the Company had completed or complete a financing (excluding any future financing with a pre-money value greater than USD250 million) with investors (including any Preferred Shareholders) on terms or conditions more favourable than the terms and condition contemplated herein (“Investor Favourable Terms”), the Series C Preferred Shareholders shall be entitled to obtain such Investor Favourable Terms.
