FASPO definition
FASPO means the Foreign Assisted and Special Projects Office within DENR, and any successor thereto.

DENR shall designate FASPO as the project management office, which shall be responsible for overall planning, programming, budgeting, operations, monitoring and management of the Project, including preparation and submission of quarterly and annual reports to ADB within one month of the end of each period with assistance from consultants.
