FASCO definition

FASCO means the entities comprising the FASCO Motors Group to be acquired by the Borrower as further described in the FASCO Acquisition Documents and set forth on attached Schedule 3.
FASCO. Fasco Products," "Fasco DC Motors Division," "Tecumseh" or any service marks, trademarks, trade names, identifying symbols, logos, emblems, signs or insignia related thereto or containing or comprising the foregoing, including any name or ▇▇▇▇ confusingly similar thereto.
FASCO means Fasco Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Borrower.
