Farm property definition

Farm property means land used in the production of a farm product and all lands contained within the farm.
Farm property means a property, together with any associated improvements, that is suitable for the production of agricultural products.
Farm property means any real property, other than multi-unit residential property or nonresidential property, located outside of urban areas, which is principally used for the production of crops, livestock or other agricultural commodities.

Farm property means property used for farming purposes; however, it shall not include any property used for dwelling purposes or any outbuildings used in connection therewith. Farm property means one- and two-family dwelling property located throughout Mississippi in areas designated as fire protection Class 10 by the Mississippi State Rating Bureau.
