FAOS Services Fee definition

FAOS Services Fee means the actual cost to First Advantage Offshore Services Private Limited (f/k/a ZappApp India Private Limited) (“FAOS”) of providing the FAOS Services.

Related to FAOS Services Fee

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that Xxxxx performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed, or agrees to render services, as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.

  • Services Term means the period during which you are entitled by Red Hat to use, receive access or consume a particular Red Hat Product pursuant to an Order Form or Business Partner order.

  • Extended services means ongoing support services provided to individuals with the most significant disabilities, including youth with the most significant disabilities, after the time-limited vocational rehabilitation services have been completed and job stabilization has been achieved.
