Family Units definition

Family Units means the number of single-family residential equivalent units served as one customer. Such equivalents are determined and are to be as assigned by the District. One single-family residential unit equals 400 g.p.d. of sanitary sewage.
Family Units means the proportional fair rate allocation assigned to each Membership Unit category as set forth under Article III, Section 3. The maximum sum of all Family Unit(s) shall not exceed 350 at any given time, unless otherwise modified/approved by the Montgomery County Board of Appeals.

Examples of Family Units in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the date of enrolment and issuance of the Smart Cards to the Beneficiary Family Units in a district, the end date of the risk cover for all the Beneficiary Family Units in that district shall be the same.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Policy Cover Period shall expire on the same date for ALL Beneficiary Family Units that are issued Smart Cards in a district.

Related to Family Units

  • Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.

  • Class B Units has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a)(ii).

  • Restricted Units means that number of restricted units listed in the Award Letter as “Awards Granted.”

  • Family Group means with respect to any individual, such individual’s current or former spouse, their respective parents, descendants of such parents (whether natural or adopted) and the spouses of such descendants, any trust, limited partnership, corporation or limited liability company established solely for the benefit of such individual or such individual’s current or former spouse, their respective parents, descendants of such parents (whether natural or adopted) or the spouses of such descendants.

  • Common Units is defined in the Partnership Agreement.
