Failed Testing Period definition

Failed Testing Period means that term as defined in Section 5.7(c) hereof.
Failed Testing Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.5 hereof.
Failed Testing Period has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.3 of this Agreement.

Examples of Failed Testing Period in a sentence

  • Any application of a Cure Amount as set forth above shall be deemed to have occurred during the last fiscal quarter of such Failed Testing Period and shall continue to be in effect (for such fiscal quarter) for so long as such fiscal quarter continues to be part of the financial covenant calculations.

  • The applicable Cure Amount must be received by the Borrowers by no later than ten (10) Business Days after the date upon which the Administrative Agent should have received, pursuant to Section 5.3(c) hereof, the Compliance Certificate for the fiscal quarter that corresponds to the last day of the applicable Failed Testing Period.

  • EPP test Means one EPP command sent to a particular “IP address” for one of the EPP servers. Query and transform commands, with the exception of “create”, shall be about existing objects in the Registry System. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. The possible results to an EPP test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “EPP command RTT” or undefined/unanswered.

  • LCT Test Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.12(b).

  • Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 13.5(d)(i);

  • Election Period means the period immediately preceding the beginning of each Plan Year established by the Administrator, such period to be applied on a uniform and nondiscriminatory basis for all Employees and Participants. However, an Employee's initial Election Period shall be determined pursuant to Section 5.1.
