Faculty Member or Faculty definition

Faculty Member or Faculty means any full- or part-time professor, associate professor, assistant professor or instructor, excluding faculty members who also hold administrative appointments.
Faculty Member or Faculty. The termsfaculty member” and” “faculty” are used interchangeably in this Agreement to refer to an individual or individuals who are represented by the bargaining unit, except when the context specifically provides otherwise.

  • For the purpose of calculating vacation credits a "month worked" shall be defined as the period of time a Faculty Member or Faculty Assistant provides Faculty Member duties (Article 1.2), Faculty Assistant duties, assigned departmental duties and/or professional development.

  • Specialist medical practitioner means a specialist as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.

  • Esthetician means a person licensed under this chapter to engage in the practice of esthetics.

  • Non-Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Promoters means Maple Leaf Short Duration Holdings Ltd. and the General Partner (individually, a “Promoter”).

  • Cosmetologist means an individual licensed under this chapter to practice cosmetology.

  • Non-Participating Hospice Care Program Provider means a Hospice Care Program Provider that either: (i) does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield to provide services to participants in this benefits program, or; (ii) a Hospice Care Program Provider which has not been designated by a Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan as a Participating Provider Option program.

  • Participating Municipality means a municipality that is designated by or under the Act as a participating municipality in a conservation authority.

  • Participating Clinical Social Worker means a Clinical Social Worker who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Community Member means any member of the public.

  • Non-Participating Orthotic Provider means an Orthotic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Footwear or Leather Care Product means any product designed or labeled to be applied to footwear or to other leather articles/components, to maintain, enhance, clean, protect, or modify the appearance, durability, fit, or flexibility of the footwear or leather article/component. Footwear includes both leather and nonleather foot apparel. “Footwear or Leather Care Product” does not include “Fabric Protectant,” “General Purpose Adhesive,” “Contact Adhesive,” “Vinyl/Fabric/Leather/Plastic Coating,” as defined in section 94521(a), “Rubber/Vinyl Protectant,” “Fabric Refresher,” products solely for deodorizing, or sealant products with adhesive properties used to create external protective layers greater than 2 millimeters thick.

  • Participating abstractor means an abstractor who is authorized to participate in the title guaranty program and who is in full compliance with the abstractor’s participation agreement, the Code of Iowa, these rules, the manual, staff supplements, and any other written or oral instructions or requirements given by the division.

  • Participating Marriage and Family Therapist means a Marriage and Family Therapist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Adult means a person 18 years of age or older.

  • €STRi-pTBD means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day falling in the relevant Interest Accrual Period, the €STR for the TARGET Business Day falling “p” TARGET Business Days prior to the relevant TARGET Business Day “i”;

  • Non-Participating Home Infusion Therapy Provider means a Home Infusion Therapy Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • the Academies means all the schools and educational institutions referred to in Article 4a and operated by the Academy Trust (and “Academy” shall mean any one of those schools or educational institutions);

  • Licensed health care practitioner means a physician, as defined in Section 1861(r)(1) of the Social Security Act, a registered professional nurse, licensed social worker or other individual who meets requirements prescribed by the Secretary of the Treasury.

  • Young adult means a person aged 18 through 20 years.

  • Licensed practitioner means an individual who has been trained in the use of personal restraint and seclusion, who is knowledgeable of the risks inherent in the implementation of personal restraint and seclusion, and who is 1 of the following:
