Each party hereto authorizes the Administrative Agent to enter into customary intercreditor agreements in connection with Securitizations and Factoring Transactions permitted under this Agreement.
The Senior Loan Secured Parties irrevocably authorize each of the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Senior Collateral Agent, at its option and in its discretion, to enter into customary intercreditor agreements in connection with Securitizations and Factoring Transactions permitted under this Agreement.
