FACT Act definition

FACT Act. As defined in Section 3.01.
FACT Act means the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003, Public Law 108-159 (Dec. 4, 2003).
FACT Act shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.07.
