Working Days means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales; and
DAY WORK means on item of work requiring the employment of labour with or without materials as the case may be, which, in the opinion of the Senior Engineer /Civil-in-charge, is not capable of being evaluated by the accepted methods of measurement or assessment and is paid for on the basis of the actual labour and materials utilised on the particular item of work referred to.
Non-Working Day means any day upon which an employee, pursuant to the terms of the contract of employment, is not available to the employer for the purposes of rostering the ordinary hours of work.
Work Days means judicial days (or a day when the court is open).
Business Days means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
Teaching days means days on which classes were engaged. Examination days are not to be included)
Working Day means any day other than a Saturday or Sunday or public holiday in England and Wales.
Business Days and Hours means Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, except for holidays observed by the state of Washington.
Banking Days means day(s) on which banks are open for the transaction of business in London, England, New York, New York and Rotterdam, The Netherlands;
Hours means clock hours.
Core Hours means the period beginning at 8am and ending at 6.30pm on any day from Monday to Friday except Good Friday, Christmas Day or bank holidays;
Support Hours means 24 hours per day with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day;
Day/Days means calendar days, inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;
Work week means a seven (7) consecutive day week that consistently begins and ends on the same days throughout the year; i.e. Sunday through Saturday, Wednesday through Tuesday, Friday through Thursday.
Observation Shift Days means the number of London Banking Days specified in the relevant Final Terms; and
Normal weekly hours of work means the established standard work times and number of hours in the workweek for the position or, if standard work times and number of hours have not been established for the position, the work times and average number of hours per week actually worked by the employee in that position over the most recent 3 months before the employer files the application for designation as a participating employer.
Installation Date means the date specified in the Statement of Work by which the Contractor must have the ordered Equipment ready (certified) for use by the State.
The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.
Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.
Drawdown Period means, in relation to an Advance, the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on the relevant Termination Date or the period ending on such earlier date (if any) on which (a) the aggregate amount of all Advances is equal to the Commitment or (b) the Commitment is reduced to zero pursuant to clauses 4.3, 10.2 or 12 or (c) Delivery of the Ship relevant to such Advance occurs;
Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.
Base Hours means the hours of work for which a staff member receives compensation. Base hours shall include overtime hours for which a staff member is paid additional or overtime compensation, and hours for which a staff member receives workers’ compensation benefits. Base hours shall also include hours a staff member would have worked except for having been in military service. Base hours do not include hours for when a staff member receives other types of compensation, such as administrative, personal leave, vacation, or sick leave.
Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.
