Facility Uses definition

Facility Uses means the uses relating to the operation of a Facility as a facility of the type and operating the number of beds and units set forth on Exhibit C with respect to such Facility.

Facility Uses means all healthcare related businesses, including, without limitation, residential care, personal care, transitional care, skilled nursing, assisted living facility, independent living facility, nursing home, rest home, memory care center, dementia care center or any long-term or short-term senior care facility, and other consistent and ancillary uses in addition to such primary uses, including, without limitation, rehabilitation and out-patient therapy, dialysis, hospice care and pharmacy and other services now or hereafter customarily provided to residents of such facilities. As of the Effective Date the specific Facility Use relating to the operation of each Facility, including the type and the number of operating beds and units, is set forth on Exhibit C.

Facility Uses means the uses relating to the operation of a Facility as an acute care hospital receiving Medicare reimbursement as a long term acute care hospital and operating the number of beds and units set forth on Exhibit C with respect to such Facility

Examples of Facility Uses in a sentence

• Tenant will not take or omit to take any action the taking or omission of which might materially impair the value or the usefulness of the Leased Property or any parts thereof for the Facility Uses.

• The execution, delivery and performance of this Lease will not require any consent, approval, authorization, order, or declaration of, or any filing or registration with, any court, any federal, state, or local governmental or regulatory authority, or any other person or entity, the absence of which would materially impair the ability of Tenant to operate the Facility for the Facility Uses except for the post-acquisition filing for licensure of the Facility.

• Tenant shall use and occupy the Leased Property exclusively for the Facility Uses specified for each Facility and for all lawful and licensed ancillary uses, and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of Landlord.

• Community Facility Uses Institutional and other community supporting uses may locate in residential neighbourhoods in order to facilitate the social and physical integration of the facility with the community.

• Tenant shall use and occupy the Leased Property exclusively for the Facility Uses and for all lawful and licensed ancillary uses, and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

More Definitions of Facility Uses

Facility Uses means the uses relating to the operation of a Facility as a facility of the type, and operating the total number of beds and units, and having the Unit Allocation set forth on Exhibit C with respect to such Facility.

Facility Uses means the uses relating to the operation of the Facility as a 36-unit (66-bed) skilled nursing facility together with such additional uses as may be ancillary to or complimentary to a skilled nursing facility, and which are permitted under applicable law.

Facility Uses means the uses relating to the operation of a Facility as an acute care hospital and operating the number of beds and units set forth on Exhibit C with respect to such Facility. Beginning no later than 12 months after the issuance of a C of O for a Facility, a Facility receiving reimbursement by Medicare as a long term acute care hospital and operating the number of beds and units set forth on Exhibit C with respect to such Facility.

Facility Uses means the uses relating to the operation of a Facility as an acute care hospital receiving Medicare reimbursement as a long term acute care hospital and operating the number of beds and units set forth on Exhibit C with respect to such Facility “Farmerville Lease” means the lease dated February 29, 2000 with Farmerville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, LLC, as amended from time to time, for the Farmerville Satellite Facility.

Facility Uses means the uses relating to the operation of the Facility as a 42 unit/42 bed assisted living facility.

Facility Uses means the uses relating to the operation of the Facility as a 60-unit personal care facility. Facility Uses may also include Alzheimer's care and rehabilitation therapy.

Facility Uses has the meaning given to it in Section 5.2.
