Facility Equipment Costs definition

Facility Equipment Costs means, with respect to Facility Equipment allocated to any Facility or Proposed Site, all payments which become due and payable by Lessor under the Equipment Contracts (including any Equipment Contract Purchase Amounts) with respect to such Facility Equipment, including without limitation, all options, bonuses and changes which are to be paid in connection with the Equipment Contracts, together with Capitalized Costs and Transaction Costs accrued prior to the Applicable Base Term Commencement Date for a Facility and with respect to a Proposed Site, including with respect to any Unit reallocated from a Lease Supplement to another Lease Supplement pursuant to Section 3.1(e) of the Supervisory Agreement, any and all amounts advanced and allocated to the Assets subject to a Lease Supplement prior to the date of such reallocation.

  • Equipment Cost means, for each Unit, the purchase price therefor -------------- paid by the Owner Trustee to the Lessee pursuant to Section 2 of the Participation Agreement and as set forth in Schedule 1 to the Participation Agreement with respect to such Unit.   • Additional Equipment means any equipment you might purchase from a supplier other than us(whether or not this supplier is recommended by us).

  • Production facility means a facility in California at which gasoline or CARBOB is produced. Upon request of a producer, the executive officer may designate, as part of the producer's production facility, a physically separate bulk storage facility which (A) is owned or leased by the producer, and (B) is operated by or at the direction of the producer, and (C) is not used to store or distribute gasoline or CARBOB that is not supplied from the production facility.

  • Soft Costs means the costs of professional work and fees, interim costs, financing fees and expenses, syndication costs, soft costs and Developer’s fees as shown in the Applicant’s properly completed UniApp, Section C - Uses of Funds. Soft Costs do not include operating or replacement reserves.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.

  • Portable x-ray equipment means x-ray equipment designed to be hand-carried.

Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.
