Facility B Termination Date definition

Facility B Termination Date means November 16, 2001 or such later date to which the Facility B Termination Date is extended pursuant to Section 2.7, unless the Facility B Commitments or this Agreement are earlier cancelled or terminated pursuant to the terms hereof. "Facility B Term Loan Borrowing Notice" means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit K hereto. 11

Facility B Termination Date means the earliest of (a) May 1, 2000, (b) the date of termination by the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.5(a), (c) the Termination Date; and (d) the date of termination by the Lender pursuant to Section 11.2(a).

Facility B Termination Date means, at any time, August 27, 1998, or the earlier date of termination in whole of the Total Commitments pursuant to Section 2.7.

Examples of Facility B Termination Date in a sentence

• The Facility B Commitments to lend hereunder shall expire on the Facility B Termination Date.

• On the Facility B Termination Date, the Borrower shall repay all amounts (if any) owing or outstanding under each Ancillary Facility.

• In addition, commodity derivatives investment firms can hold large, and potentially highly concentrated, exposures to the non-financial group they belong.

• All Facility B Obligations shall be due and payable by the Borrower on the Facility B Termination Date except to the extent such Facility B Obligations are converted to Facility B Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.19 or Section 2.20 or shall sooner become due and payable pursuant to Section 9.02 or as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

• To the extent the Non-Consenting Facility B Lenders are not replaced, their Facility B Commitments shall terminate on such Facility B Termination Date.

More Definitions of Facility B Termination Date

Facility B Termination Date contained in Section 1.1. of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in its place:

Facility B Termination Date means May 5, 2000, or such later date to --------------------------- which such date may be extended under Section 2.12.
