Facility Agents definition

Facility Agents means, collectively, the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent.

Facility Agents means the Term Facility Agent, the Revolving Credit Facility Agent and each Additional Facility Agent.

Facility Agents means the Hotel Facility Agent, the Project Facility Agent, the Revolving Credit Facility Agent and the Additional Lender Agent.

• The Facility Agent's duties under the Finance Documents are solely mechanical and administrative in nature.

• None of the Facility Agents, any of their respective Affiliates, or any of their respective directors, officers, agents or employees shall be liable for any action taken or omitted to be taken by it, him, her or them under or in connection with this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents, except for its, his, her or their own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• The Administrative Agent may resign at any time by giving written notice thereof to the other Facility Agents, the Lenders, the Issuers and the Borrower and shall, immediately upon giving such notice, be discharged from its duties and obligations under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Facility Agents means the agents under the Mirant “C” Facility, the Mirant 364-Day Facility, the Mirant 4-Year Revolver and the MAG Revolvers, as applicable.
