Facility Adjustment Event definition

Facility Adjustment Event means any of the following:

Facility Adjustment Event means, as determined by the Calculation Agent:

  • Value Adjustment Event means, with respect to any Loan Asset, the occurrence of any one or more of the following events after the related Cut-Off Date:
