Facilities and Amenities definition

Facilities and Amenities means the facilities and amenities other than the Common Areas and Installations to be provided in the Building Complex which shall be enjoyed by the Purchaser along with the Co-owners and more fully described in the Part II of the Fourth Schedule hereunder.
Facilities and Amenities means and include corridor, stairways, passage ways, lift, pump room, overhead tank, water pump, motor pumps, drainage pipe lines, septic tanks, common toilets, wash rooms, electric meters room, transformers, fire fighting system, air conditioning system in the corridor and the staircases and other facilities which may be mutually agreed upon between the parties and required for establishment, maintenance and/or management of the building, as morefully mentioned and described in the Schedule ‘D' written hereunder.
Facilities and Amenities means the facilities and amenities as set out in the Booking Form.

Examples of Facilities and Amenities in a sentence

  • All The Facilities and Amenities will be mutually shared by all the phases of the entire Row House Complex and with the progression of development of the different phases the common facilities, amenities, roadways, internal pathways, infrastructure will be shared by each phase, both current and future, as part of a common integrated development.

  • In the event the cost of the acquisition and construction of Facilities and Amenities in the Neighbourhood Housing Areas is more than the Community Amenity Charges UBC collects for such purposes, UBC will be responsible for and pay for such excess costs without contribution from the Neighbours’ Fund nor will UBC demand such amounts be paid by the UNA, Residents or Members.

  • A description of the UNA Facilities and Amenities is set out in Schedule “C”.

  • The UNA will adopt such rules as may be necessary to control and manage use of and access to the UNA Facilities and Amenities and to ensure that the safety, security and protection of the UNA Facilities and Amenities are managed to a standard normally adopted by municipalities for similar facilities and amenities.

  • The Parties acknowledge that UBC, as the owner and landlord of the Neighbourhood Housing Areas, has an established regime of collecting Community Amenity Charges from developers of market housing and using the funds from the Community Amenity Charges to pay for the cost or a portion thereof of the acquisition or construction of Facilities and Amenities.

  • The UNA will provide Municipal-like Services listed in Schedule “B”, as that Schedule may be amended from time to time, and manage and operate the UNA Facilities and Amenities listed in Schedule “C”, as that Schedule may be amended from time to time.

  • This Agreement also outlines the principles under which UBC Facilities may be accessed by Residents and by which the UNA Facilities and Amenities may be accessed by the University Academic Community as well as the principles under which each of the parties may make financial or other contributions to the other in recognition of such access.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the UNA understands and agrees that the University Academic Community may use the UNA Facilities and Amenities on the same basis as members of the general public.

  • Facilities and Amenities Areas required for subdivision facilities and amenities shall be judiciously allocated in accordance with the provisions herein specified.

  • Observe the rules framed from time to time by the Promoter/Association (upon formation) for the beneficial common enjoyment of the Project Common Areas, Facilities and Amenities.

Related to Facilities and Amenities

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Facilities means any and all real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.

  • Cost of idle facilities or idle capacity means costs such as maintenance, repair, housing, rent, and other related costs, e.g., insurance, interest, property taxes and depreciation or use allowances.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Limited common areas and facilities means those common areas and facilities

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • School facilities project means the planning, acquisition, demolition, construction, improvement, alteration, modernization, renovation, reconstruction or capital maintenance of all or any part of a school facility or of any other personal property necessary for, or ancillary to, any school facility, and shall include fixtures, furnishings and equipment, and shall also include, but is not limited to, site acquisition, site development, the services of design professionals, such as engineers and architects, construction management, legal services, financing costs and administrative costs and expenses incurred in connection with the project;

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).

  • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Facilities Study shall be an engineering study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) to: (1) determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System necessary to implement the conclusions of the System Impact Study; and (2) complete any additional studies or analyses documented in the System Impact Study or required by PJM Manuals, and determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System based on the conclusions of such additional studies. The Facilities Study shall include the cost and scheduled completion date for such modifications, that will be required to provide the requested transmission service or to accommodate a New Service Request. As used in the Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, Facilities Study shall mean that certain Facilities Study conducted by Transmission Provider (or at its direction) to determine the design and specification of the Customer Funded Upgrades necessary to accommodate the New Service Customer’s New Service Request in accordance with Tariff, Part VI, section 207. Federal Power Act:

  • Vending facility means automatic vending machines, cafeterias, snack bars, cart service, shelters, counters, and such other appropriate auxiliary equipment which may be operated by licensed managers and which is necessary for the sale of newspapers, periodicals, confections, tobacco products, foods, beverages, and other articles or services dispensed automatically or manually and prepared on or off the premises in accordance with all applicable health laws and including the vending or exchange of chances for any lottery authorized by State Law and conducted by an agency of a State within such State.   • Term Facilities means, at any time, the Term A Facility and the Term B Facility.

  • Facility Site shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to the Facility Site Lease.

  • Shared Facilities means the gentie lines, transformers, substations, or other equipment, permits, contract rights and obligations, and other assets and property (real or personal), in each case, as necessary to enable delivery of energy from Seller’s electric generating facility (which is excluded from this definition of Shared Facilities) to the Point of Interconnection that are used in common with other entities, as applicable.
