Facilitation Fees definition

Facilitation Fees means the fees payable by the Builder to the responsible agents for the facilitation process culminating in the conclusion of both this Agreement and the Agreement of Sale;

Related to Facilitation Fees

  • Origination Fees means the fee payable to the Advisor pursuant to Section 8.02 plus all other fees and commissions, excluding Acquisition Expenses, paid by any Person to any Person in connection with making or investing in any Loan by the Company.
