Examples of Facet Employees in a sentence

  • On or before January 31, 2009, Facet shall deliver to PDL the list of Facet Employees and Terminated Transition Employees who have earned a 2008 Merit Bonus, along with any supporting documentation requested by PDL, which list shall set forth opposite each such person's name the amount of the 2008 Merit Bonus recommended for each such Facet Employee or Terminated Transition Employee (the “Merit Bonus List”).

  • On or before February 15, 2009, Facet shall deliver to PDL the list of Facet Employees and Terminated Transition Employees who have earned a 2008 Merit Bonus, along with any supporting documentation requested by PDL, which list shall set forth opposite each such person’s name the amount of the 2008 Merit Bonus recommended for each such Facet Employee or Terminated Transition Employee (the “Merit Bonus List”).

  • On or before March 1, 2009, Facet shall deliver to PDL the list of Facet Employees who have earned a 2008 Merit Bonus, along with any supporting documentation requested by PDL, which list shall set forth opposite each such person’s name the amount of the 2008 Merit Bonus recommended for each such Facet Employee (the “Merit Bonus List”), provided, however, that the aggregate amount of such 2008 Merit Bonuses shall not exceed [Six Million Two Hundred Sixty-one Thousand Dollars ($6,261,000)].

  • On or before the Distribution Date, PDL shall transfer the Facet Employees to Facet.

  • PDL will review the Merit Bonus List promptly, consider the recommendations of Facet and prior to February 15, 2009, PDL shall pay to each Facet Employee and each Terminated Transition Employee listed on the Merit Bonus List such 2008 Merit Bonus as PDL deems appropriate; provided, however, that the aggregate amount of such 2008 Merit Bonuses which PDL shall pay to all Facet Employees and Terminated Transition Employees shall be [Six Million Eight Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Dollars ($6,821,000)].

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Active Employees means all employees employed on the Closing Date by Seller for its business who are employed exclusively in Seller’s business as currently conducted, including employees on temporary leave of absence, including family medical leave, military leave, temporary disability or sick leave, but excluding employees on long-term disability leave.

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).

  • Other Employees means, all the employees other than the Directors, KMPs and the Senior Management Personnel.

  • Key Employees means each of the following individuals: Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx.

  • Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a)(iv).

  • Part-Time Employees means employees employed on a permanent basis, but obligated to work less than a full (i.e., forty-hour) work week.

  • Casual Employees means employees who are employed on a casual basis and includes persons who are employed for periods not exceeding five days at any one time.

  • Returning Employees means those persons listed in a schedule to be agreed by the Parties prior to the end of the Contract Period who it is agreed were employed by the Contractor (and/or any Sub-Contractor) wholly or mainly in the supply of the Services immediately before the end of the Contract Period.

  • Business Employee means any Person who is a present or former employee of Seller at any time prior to or on the Closing Date, and who provided or previously provided any services relating to the Business.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
