Face-to-Face Delivery Location means a location from which you are required to deliver Face-to-Face Advice and which satisfies any requirements set out in the Specification;

Examples of Face-to-Face Delivery Location in a sentence

  • You must provide Face-to-Face Advice to any potential Client who seeks to instruct you and you hold a Schedule Authorisation requiring you to operate a Face-to-Face Delivery Location which is the nearest to that potential Client (either by distance or travel time) regardless of whether the client resides in the Procurement Area in which you hold a Schedule Authorisation.

  • Initial Contact and Substantive Contact may take place within a single telephone call or single attendance at a Face-to-Face Delivery Location.

  • Subject to Paragraph 7.11, you may not cease to provide Face-to-Face Advice from a Face-to-Face Delivery Location or move from an existing Face-to-Face Advice Location to another without our express written authority.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

Net Share Settlement Amount: For any Settlement Date, an amount equal to the product of (i) the number of Warrants exercised or deemed exercised on the relevant Exercise Date, (ii) the Strike Price Differential for the relevant Valuation Date and (iii) the Warrant Entitlement.

  • service delivery agreement means an agreement between the Municipality and an institution or persons mentioned in section 76(b) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Share Delivery Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(ii).

  • Delivery Site means 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;
