Face-to-Face Contact definition

Face-to-Face Contact means, as it pertains to a FSP, a direct encounter between 4 CONTRACTOR’s staff and Client(s)/parent(s)/guardian(s). This does not include contact by phone, 5 email, etc. For the purpose of completing an Encounter Document, Face-to-Face Contact means a direct 6 encounter between staff and Client(s), regardless if another individual(s) is/are present or not.
Face-to-Face Contact means contact without fixed physical barriers between the service user and the significant person, but includes contact where the service user and/or relevant person or persons are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment if such is required to prevent or control the spread of infections, including those that are health care associated;
Face-to-Face Contact or “F-F” means in person or by videoconferencing. Videoconferencing will be on a limited basis in appropriate circumstances with prior Agency approval.
