Face Sheet definition

Face Sheet means the cover page of the grant contract that includes sections containing the following information: the district’s name and address, the district contact person, the grant contract number, the district’s Federal Tax ID number, the grant amount, the match amount, the total project cost, the effective date, the expiration date, the funding authority, the project title, the project focus, the project secondary focus, the resources impacted by the project, the types of activities that will be accomplished, the payment system, a list of documents incorporated into the contract, and a section for approval and signatures.
